I have a PC with a graphics card with three outputs (used for a Music system in a Bar/Restaurant)

One output is the PC desktop (VGA), another output has Advertising/Promo's on loop and the other output is the Karaoke lyrics display (a composite TV output)

I need to view the Karaoke lyrics in a window on the desktop display.

Does anyone know of a program that will display the output from the video card in its own window?
