I have an Acer Aspire V5 that came installed with windows 8. How do I get the update to 8.1, it doesnt appear in Windows Update ?
Thanks.

I'm supposed to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder for me to find one now.

Windows Update Store. It will show up after a while or you can use the URL that links to it - the link is in the other thread about Windows 8.1.

Getting it now thanks but majorly slow, 10% in 90 minutes.

perhaps MS should have put a link to the store update in Windows updates as many ppl have been confused where to go.
