Keep getting the above error message when I try to download from DVDVideosoft.com.

I'm running Windows 8, have read the following http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555644 but don't understand what they're asking me to do.

Any ideas?

I don't know much about anything but I'll give it a go.

Yep all correct. Forgot to mention I use a VPN but I disconnected it and still get the same message.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
