A friend of mine is getting a strange error message as Win 7 Home Premium boots:
"Exception EInout error in module mlp_manager.exe
at 001EDD34, Error 103"
Can anyone throw any light on this?

Is this PC used for farm management by chance? mlp_manager I believe is related to LIC's app
MINDA
.
Try disabling it from startup (may need to boot to safe mode if it's failing to get past the error on startup).

sounds like it could be a permission problem.
Common sense is not as common as you think.

It's a second hand machine, I don't know where he got it. I'll have a look for Minda, and disable it next time I see him.
