I'm looking at getting some new surfaces for the workplace - so I'm hoping an MS employee will be able to confirm the NZ release date for:

(1) Surface
(2) Docking station
(3) Attachable keyboards (the best option for typing).

Any links to applicable product pages would be appreciated?

Many thanks in advance.

Look at the Venue Pro 11 It has a desk dock with lots of ports, a battery keyboard that turns it into a small laptop and gives you 50% more battery life...

It's also all available right now....

GoodSync. Easily back up and sync your files with GoodSync. Simple and secure file backup and synchronisation software will ensure that your files are never lost (affiliate link).

Surface Pro 3 and the Type Covers launch Aug 28, the Docks will be available about 2-3 weeks after that

I'd recommend purchasing through one of the 4 Surface Commercial resellers in NZ - Acquire, Cyclone, Datacom or Spark Digital (Gen-i)

Product page is http://www.surface.com/

Depending on how many you are looking at buying and when I have a few demo models of the Pro 3, keyboards and Dock available now

Will purchase a couple initially for trial purposes. Thanks for trial product offer, but would prefer to buy new. Will use USB keyboard/mouse until dock available - but need PCs in couple of weeks, so timing looks ok.

I meant as a loan to evaluate to help you make up your mind whether to purchase

But it sounds like you already made up your mind :)
