Hi guys
On a SBS domain, some of the workstations now have a Z: that wasnt there last month .
This Z: ONLY contains a sync/mirror of the users tmp files  (Appdata\Local\Temp\),
and the Z: shows in my Computer as the same size as the only HD C:

Disk management shows no Z: (Z isnt in Disk management)
Its not a mapped drive, it doesnt show in 'net use'. I have no idea how/why its now there
Any ideas ?

That just screams malware to me.

I'm a geek, a gamer, a dad, a Quic user, and an IT Professional. I have a full rack home lab, size 15 feet, an epic beard and Asperger's. I'm a bit of a Cypherpunk, who believes information wants to be free and the Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it. If you use my Quic signup you can also use the code R570394EKGIZ8 for free setup. Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.

I know that the client backup service mounts the selected backup to Z: on the client when you recover files. Perhaps its related to that or something similar.
