This is most likely caused by memory errors or a faulty motherboard. Make sure the memory is working by running a test overnight.

Have you installed new memory modules recently? Have you tried resitting the memory modules? Are they all from the same manufacturer?

In Windows 7 click Start and type Memory... You will see "Windows Memory Diagnostics" there.

Use your phone and take video of the start up then replay the video and stop it at the appropriate spot to see the message on the screen.

While you are at it, stop it from automatically restarting after a BSOD.

Ctrl Panel\System\Advanced System Settings\Advanced tab\Startup and Recovery - Settings then uncheck Automatically Restart.
