Anybody else been experiencing these problems? I use my Laptop which has Windows 8 and haven't been able to sync for a couple of days.

Trying to load up messages via webpage either doesn't work, or it takes an age to work. It does work on my phone however (HTC One M7 Android)

Is there any update regarding this?
