I am having trouble accessing my USB Device.

When I go to My Computer after plugging in the USB key the device is not listed.

Though when I go to device manager and select Disk Drives > USB Disk 2.0 USB Device.  Click on the Volumes tab and populate the list.  The USB Device I am trying to access is listed, therefore it must be recognised.

Using Windows XP
