Hi all

Is anyone here using lz4 compression on windows server?
Used it alot with zfs but didnt realise theres a windows version.

If not, is there something else which is better?

Off topic... z7ip is much better compression than zip, but slower. Interested to hear more about lz4, what you use it for, compression ratio comparison, etc.

From what i understand is thst lz4 compresses on the fly with super fast compression at about 400mb/sec and decoding at about 1gb+/sec...

Not really the same as zip and winzip :) close tho...
