Upgraded this afternoon from Windows 7. I need to update the xbox app so I can connect my Xbox One but the app store only flashes the splash screen for a millisecond then closes. Anyone else have this problem or a fix?

Check updates and allow time for the Apps to install, they can take sometime after OS install

yeah, while it is updating apps and stuff in the  background the store appears to be broken.  give it a couple of hours and try again

if its still a problem, try running wsreset.exe from an elevated cmd prompt
