I notice 4 updates for windows 10 dated 11th August but no Office 2013. I found the site https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3083805 with a list but none in the pc update list. All loaded OK up until July 2015 with Windows 8.1. Have I missed something ?
I didn't see any Office updates in Windows Update, but you have to look in Office ( eg Open an Excel spreadsheet ) then Account, and look at Office Update version, which should be 15.0.4745.1001.
I had all the options set for automatic updates ( in Windows Update and Office Update ) but neither of my PCs updated until I manually told the Office Update to update, which it did. There is no record of the update in either Windows or Office Update, but if I try again, it tells me I'm current. I assumed it was something to do with having Chrome as my Browser, but....

thanks for that. Did that . It worked a treat. Is it a secret Microsoft Enhancement or does the tick in "give me updates for other microsoft products etc" not work ?
Maybe Natham may have the answer.
there is a new version of Skype 7.8.0.102 which is a Microsoft product . I will load manually.
