I noticed this morning that my clean install of Windows 10 is the 32bit version ("Doh!" I thought), so I downloaded the USB installer app, selected 64bit and did another clean install ... and the system is up and running 32bit .. eh ?????

Honestly I did chose the 64bit option ... any ideas why it decides against that to put on 32bit ?

There is a seperate 32bit and a seperate 64bit download for clean installs. So you must have downloaded the 32 bit one.

there are 3 kinds of downloads - 32, 64, both. try getting only 64.

someone mentioned when you select language it resets your earlier selection.
