today after a restart the notification icon is missing. Cant see anything obvious. Help will be appreciated.

after a restart after a shutdown the icon has re-appeared. Why ? I have no idea.

What's so important about the Icon?  Update already...




Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation

click on the icon (bottom right by the clock) and you will see many uses. Hard to access when icon is missing.
