Hi everyone here.

My dads computer wish to upgrade to Windows 10, we have search with google million times in regarding this Microsoft Error Code: C190011F

What the computer is doing is, we go thru Windows update, when it is reached the 100% download, then it started to do its analyzing, it comes up with the error and then it will downloading again.

We have even try to do a install from bootup via USB, it just doesn't work either

Could you please suggest me what is the alternative way to install the Windows 10?

Thanks

Jacky

Instead of booting from the USB key, have you tried running the setup from inside Windows?

What PC model is it and have you update all drivers?

What I meant is use the Windows 10 download tool from here, create a USB stick with that and run the setup from inside Windows - not booting from that USB stick
