Client had a laptop with a corrupted Windows 8.1 install.

I did a factory restore back to Windows 8 Pro (not 8.1), and then did a Windows 10 upgrade.

However, after the upgrade I have no modern apps; Edge Browser, News, Weather, Calculator, Windows Store, nothing.

I used a local account when reinstalling.

Anyone seen this or have any ideas?

Nevermind, it only seems to be for the existing profile. So just going to delete user and recreate.
