This happened several times - using media creation tool to do in-place upgrade, using USB to upgrade and lastly it's upgrading via Windows Update (as seen in screenshot).

It appeared to be installing, but upon restarting to Windows 10, it just hang on the startup logo.

A forced reboot then revert back to Windows 7 Home Premium and gave this error code.

Any idea anyone?
