I have had to contact MS phone support on two occasions and both times have resulted in a infinite loop. 

What has occurred both times is I am passed around from Agent A to B, then C and then D. Finally D will say I need to speak to A and it begins again.

This morning I had the bright idea of bypassing the infinite loop and used the online chat. This resulted in being given a phone number to call which just started the infinite loop again .
