Our work team is going to start using Skype for business more actively. Can anyone recommend a good practical lightweight headset we can buy to use for skype calls?

And should we go bluetooth or wired.

Must have requirement = ease of use!

We use a Logitech USB headset with mic. It's light and pretty good if you are looking for something useful for conference calls, not for HD music playing all day.

We use the H390's at work, we were getting others that were wrap around style, but they kept breaking.

Currently using H390 and quite happy with it. Another strong candidate can be Microsoft LifeChat LX-6000.

I use company supplied Jabra 2400 which is lightweight and performs well. Previous headset was single earpiece which didn't work well with office noise. Inline controls easy to use, mounted as disc that lies on the desk, and has Bluetooth for pairing with phone to answer those calls (haven't used that myself so don't know how well that works).

The only difference I can see with 390s vs 340s is that the 390 has a bigger, more padded ear piece - my thinking is that the 340 would be lighter and less cumbersome?

We have had a couple of Plantronics Blackwire 725 when trialing. They were pretty cool, you could unplug the USB>Control wire and use it as a cordless bluetooth headset for your mobile.

Been very VERY happy with Jabra Pro 930. Its got good sound (I use it for screencasts), good range (DECT) with a range up to 120 meters.

You can answer the call with the button on the headset. I really like it (if it wasn't obvious) ;)
