Setup 3 computers today, all identical, all had Win10 Home Retail x64 installed on them from scratch and then Office365 (Office 2016). All 3 required me to do a sfc /scannow to get outlook to send. Very annoying. I have another 3 to do next week.... If anyone has any suggestions other than doing that by all means suggest away. The error when sending is 0x800ccc13 and so far Ive found nothing else that seems to help.
Yeah I dont see any other choice really.. Its just a pain that its happened on 3 totally clean computers today. Its alot of extra time wasted for nothing really..

I am guessing you are using IMAP. Don't think the problem occurs if you use POP, but I could be wrong. I only use hotmail/gmail to send email.
