How do I change the numbers 1 - 12 under the graph to read April - March. TIA.

Presumably you've configured the first column as your labels, so change your graph data set to start from the month names, rather than the first column?

It looks like the 1-12 are in their own column (i.e. not the default excel row numbering)? If that's the case, just don't select them when your setting up the graph. First column selected should be the month column, then you select the use first column as label option (or whatever it's called now).

Alternatively you can right-click or ctrl-click on the graph, click 'select data' and then you will have the option to select the range for your X-axis labels. This range should cover the 12 cells labelled 'April' to 'March' in your example.
