I was looking for a New Zealand widget for my brand new Vista laptop and was surprised to find that even though Vista has been out for a while, there didn't seem to be a Metservice Widget? The default weather widget seemed to be quite dodgy (information wise) and I would have loved the Metservice website info to be available to me in a widget.

Have I been looking in the wrong search engines?

Also what other "NZ" widgets do you use? I thought there was a "semi-official" TradeMe widget but I haven't found one that seemed to be both useful and not possibly dodgy due to privacy.

There's a good list here. The Trade Me gadget is official. As others including the Geekzone Gadget for Windows Vista Sidebar.

Trademe is not called Trad*Me here. Might be someone writes like this but it's not the norm.
