This is why I hate Windows compared to OSX!

Turned on Surface Pro 4 this morning. Firewall pops up telling me it has blocked something called wuapihost.exe which appears to be a MS file. I did some Googling and I am far from the only person to have had the issue but no clear answer seems to exist from MS as to what it is.

Thoughts? Is it safe?
