I've just replaced some hardware on my machine (motherboard) and now windows is saying it's not active (genuine). I had upgraded to Windows 10 3 or 4 months before this.
I didn't some googling but found very few results, but what I did find is there was something to do with the key being invalid due to my hardware change. I thought I would have found a lot more results giving me specific details on what to do so thought i might post this and find out what everyone thought?
