I keep getting this crap through: "Windows 10 Enterprise: Ready to Purchase?"

Is there any way to unsubscribe to it? a settings page? I keep getting these emails and there is nothing on the email saying how to unsubscribe. I'm getting to the point now that I want to report Microsoft to the Ministry of Internal Affairs just to stop their crap from coming through.
