In my job as computer technician, I have been coming across people whom have upgraded to Windows 10 having internet connection problems.

All other devices (ipads, tablets etc) are working fine but it seems that Windows 10 is the only one having problems. I have had to change the modem/router and in one case just the line filter.

Has anyone experienced this.

Are you talking of wireless connections?

Wireless connections to the router/modem is fine and all non-windows 10 devices can connect to the internet.

I have been experiencing issues over wifi as well with windows 10, I get a yellow!, I usually disconnect and reconnect. All other devices that are non windows 10 are good. I have the latest drivers installed for the wifi card.

I have had problems intermittently with "missing network protocols" socket errors causing ethernet to be down. Seems a common issue judging by general Windows forum posts. A simple reset in internet connections seems to fix it.

With Windows, of course, different components and their drivers given different issues.
