hi

when im playing like dos games opening and shuting them down, everyday now when i shut one down it comes up with a blue screen.

with:

INVALID_PROCESS_ATTACH_ATTEMPT

Then i have to shut down my laptop with the start up button????

Its not my memory because ive tried that.

I love dos games i dnt now whats causing it?

When i start up xp again it starts up with ie7, with saying it my bios that out of date but it is in date???

doesnt matter fix it now i did a sytem restore (from strach ) my pc came vista so vista it is i ditch it because it whent slow but giving it 2nd chance it goes faster now becaus i upgaded the ram and allready it gone wrong have have a look at my new theard

The other thread is about Internet Explorer crashing on Windows Vista. I posted a reply and in short I doubt it is Windows Vista in your case.

Internet Explorer allows add-ons - toolbards, antivirus, Skype plugins, etc. If one is faulty then the whole thing crashes. Check my advice in the other discussion.

Also, since you upgraded the memory... Did you do it yourself? If so, I recommend you make sure all memory are properly seated and aligned. Also make sure you use anti-static straps when manipulating things inside your PC.
