Yesterday me and my office colleague were taking about antivirus software for windows 7. He told me that he has installed smadav on his windows 7. i didnt heard smadav antivirus should i install this on my machine

If recommend Windows Defender
But also to have some smarts, don't run as a local admin, don't open unknown attachments from unknown people, don't visit dodgy sites on the Internet etc

Most importantly keep your software up to date, including browser and plugins, especially like flash. Uninstall Java if you're not using it.
