Hi Geekzoners,

Came across this article while browsing the net today during lunch, thought I should point it out so people know about it.

 Paywall ?

I just get "

“I tell my daughters to have their voice in this world, and it became clear I needed to role-model that.”

Should not be a pay wall, as long as you dont have adblock enabled (damn your forbes) it will let you in or click on the button in top right corner.

Here's what I got:

Hi again. Looks like you’re still using an ad blocker. Please turn it off in order to continue into Forbes'ad-light experience.

I last tried to visit this so called 'news' website two weeks ago, and gave it away when they said I had to watch their advertisers 'crap' just to read it.

Now it seems they're installing tracking cookies as well....

And they whine about people like me who choose to block their 'right' to show me advertising I dont want to see, and stop their tracking of my browsing habits.

Clearing all their cookies and blocking their website/domain. They're the biggest losers in all this...

Adblocker tells me it's blocked EIGHT adds on this page, and Privacy Badger says it's blocked 5 potential trackers.

Update: Redit moderators of /r/technology are considering blocking domains that require adblockers to be turned off and/or have paywalls. Forbes 'practices' is one of their main reasons for them considering this move.
