hope someone can help....when I receive a link to copy n paste in an email via outlook synced Vodafone email address..when I paste the link in google it says invalid etc...the link isn't highlighted...and it wont open via copy n paste,,,any thoughts....have googled this says make explore default etc but nothing works...pls help

What program or web page are you pasting it into - "google" what?

desktop google not chrome..when its pasted it says does not match any documents...has happened in several emails

also been to Microsoft website under heading hyperlinks not opening...downloaded a fix..? but that hasn't helped either

Sorry but the problem is not really well explained. A few questions:

Is this Outlook client or Outlook web access?
What is happenning? You click on the link and it doesn't open the page OR you copy the link and paste into your browser address bar?
You understand that copy and paste of a link into a Google Search is not the same as pasting the link into the browser address bar?

I didn't understand that just thought paste into google...pasted into address link and it worked a treat...my bad...ty for your help
