Awesome!  It seems to be a pretty small update but still an update none the less.  I couldn't find any release notes but incase anyone wanted to see the changes.  I found some details on the details section in the downloads:

 

EMET 5.51 release includes bug fixes, including:

 

• EMET 5.5 GUI crashing on startup

 

• Unexpected BitLocker warning in EMET 5.5 when changing system-wide DEP setting
