I recently got some viruses on my computer. I quickly scaned and removed them. But since then I have not been able to access task manager through any means. And when i try and open it through a link I get the message: Task manager has been disabled by your administrator. But Im the administrator.

How can i get my task manager back?

I run on widows vista home Premium.
