I have 3 pc's windows 10 one recognises cd's in windows media player, and the other 2 come up with this error message.
How do I resolve this anyone?

Yitz is saying untick 'retrive additional information from the internet'.

Have you unticked it, then clicked ok, and restarted the machine?
