I am running W10 Pro that came from a W7 Ultimate licence.

I have Windows Updates turned on, without any deferring and have no limits set as to when and how I get updates.

Each month I get the numerous cumulative updates, along with security patches
What I haven't been offered however is the Anniversary Update. When I manually check for updates - nothing.

I did the W10 Upgrade back in July 2015, and never got offered the 1511 Upgrade - in order to get the 1511 Upgrade I had to do a manual ISO download and install from the beginning.
It is no real bother for me to do this again to get the Anniversary Upgrade, but I am just wondering if I have managed to get myself on some "blacklist" so that these upgrades do not get pushed out automatically as they should, and if I am in a this blacklist, then how do I get myself out of it.

You'd have to ask Microsoft to get a definitive answer.

I just received the AU update last week, a friend got it the week before, and I know people who don't have it yet.

There is a way to force the download (you''l have to google it)

Its just MS spreading the load of quite a big download. They dont want everyone downloading that at the same time.

At a guess MS thinks there may be an issue with your configuration so have not offered you the upgrade yet. If you really want it then just use the media creation tool. Otherwise just wait.

They said somewhere it was being rolled out in batches.  Ive got one customer who has 5 that have automatically upgraded weeks ago, one that did it late last week and two that havent at all yet.

Mine got the update last night (I think). I went in to shut the PC down this morning and when I woke it up I got the 'We are upgrading your PC' screens.

Was a Win7 Upgrade.

I read it was being rolled out over 2 - 3 months.  I just went to the MS website and there was an option to trigger the upgrade if you didn't want to wait.

I have just reinstalled Win10 on my desktop and I went to do the anniversary update manually.

Even though it's a clean install it fails to update every time yell
