What, if any, is the difference between these two processes -

 

1:  Click Search, type create recovery

 

     Takes one to Backup System Files

 

 

 

2:  Click Start, Settings, Backup, More Options, See Advanced

 

     At bottom-left of screen there is System Image Backup which takes one to Create System Image.

The first one is creating a recovery drive that will allow you to reinstall windows. If windows is damaged etc.

The second is creating a backup image of your entire system which can in theory be used to restore your entire system to that point in time.

Thanks gzt, I thought that was the case, but as you know, Microsoft-speak and on-screen words are often wildly interchangeable sealed
