Installed Windows Update (December 2016) ok on my Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 10 machines but my two Windows Server 2012 have been "Searching for updates" for close to ten hours now. I restarted one of the servers once but no change.

The Windows Server 2012 R2 is in the same network as the Windows Server 2012 machines - it found the updates in 30 seconds.

Anyone seeing the same?
