Reported this seller unfortunately it seems that trade me is not taking any action.

Why trade me does not ban counterfeits being sold?

Also why do you come on here and only ever post about MS products, are you trying to drum up business for your own trademe accounts?

Well if that is the case I am sure MS has a phone number or email for reporting this kind of thing.

Then do the right thing and ring/email MS about what you suspect is happening.

They do, and are very clear on it. Of course, I expect they also need some degree of evidence in order to act, not simply an allegation.

You might get more support if you:

  • wrote in actual sentences that made sense; and
  • actually stated what the evidence is that the product is fake.

Also, others have pointed out, MS takes this sort of thing seriously. If you have actual evidence have you reported it to them? If he has defrauded you (as appears possible from your somewhat garbled posts) have you reported this to the police, sought a refund, or tried the disputes tribunal?

They require proof you have an xbox before selling it, making you open a brand new in the box one to take a photo beside a "newspaper" that you had to specifically go and buy for the photo, so why no requirement of proof that software is legit?

The vast majority of that is good feedback. There are no comments about counterfeit product. What happened when you purchased from that seller?

TM are not that onto it with counterfeit software.......  Ive reported stuff before, and even said "They have multiple listings for the same thing" - what have TM done ?

Only removed the one I reported against and left the rest.

It wouldnt surprise me if he is reselling keys from online retailers.
Peoples feedback is neutral saying the site was hard to work with and other things.
This isnt allowed thats for sure. Also the seller is In-Trade. I'd report that..
