Hi everyone,

 

I had my OS installed everything seems ok, but i cant have my board audio show up on sound setting, and once the they display is off, it wont come back on no matter how hard i hit the keyboard and mice.

 

any help will be appreciated,

What do you mean board audio. Is it built in sound from processor or sound chip on motherboard or a sound card you installed.  If the latter 2 make sure you have downloaded latest drivers.   If it is processor itself I have found after a couple of restarts as Windows finds drivers it works fine. Otherwise download latest display drivers from Intel or AMD depending which you have. I have found over years that seems to fix most problems

the audio on the motherboard, i installed the driver from their web, still no luck.

Post a screenshot of device manager, with the audio and video device visible.
