When my Surface 3 Pro is open alt-tab does what it should, changes windows with no animation or delay. When it's in the dock, same thing.

When it's closed and on its side I get a weird animation when I alt-tab. It does it in some positions but not others. It's annoying.

All Windows animations are turned off.

Any ideas how to fix?
