Has anybody else got this issue in Windows 10?

Sometimes when I delete/create a file/folder in Windows Explorer, it won't display/remove the file/folder until I right click and click refresh? I've tried doing the first Possible workaround to Windows Explorer update problems trick in this link here (turning off Windows write-cache buffer) but to no avail.

I used to, but since all my storage expired, I've removed it a while back.

I generally see this type of behaviour in folders with 5000+ files or on older installations.
