Hi people, atleast once a day my laptop crashes and a blue screen comes up saying something like:

DRIVER IRQL IS NOT LESS OR EQUAL

Then it restarts. I dont have enough time to read all the riting and I dont know much about computers.

Can anyone help me? Im using a acer 4315 wit vista if this helps?

It could be a graphics driver problem, but its a common error. The rest of the writing that comes up would give more clues as to what driver is causing it.

Try going to control panel, system, advanced system settings. Under the advanced tab of the "system properties" click the "startup and recovery" settings button. Uncheck the Automatically restart box and click okay. This will give you the time to note down more details of the error report next time it happens.

we had the same problem after installing new ram. had to reformat and return the new ram. hope this helps.
