I have Win10 pro on a Dell Alienware 15 R4 laptop, am getting on average one stop kernal error BSOD per day... really too much. It always says "collecting information", gets to 100% and then sits there forever, I have to power off. I am still under warranty so could this be hardware related? Or is it typically system corruption..?

Could be hardware issues, more likely to be a driver issue. Can you post/photo the exact error?

I googled code 141 and its likely graphics drivers, so I will try a manual uninstall and get the latest from nVidia.
