I have been googling this for a few weeks now.

I can't download or update any apps in the Microsoft Store app. I have tried signing out, terminating the app, resetting the app,

Everything Youtube and forums tell me to do but still not working, It's only just happened and a new laptop with all the latest updates

Could anyone help me?

Thanks

I had that for a while on a work Surface.  Once I reimaged it started working fine.  I tried all sorts of things that were recommended online but nothing helped until a reimage.

I had it by trying to do a win7 style of profile rebuild (delete regkey and rename %userprofile%) which broke all the Win10 Apps/store for ages but it eventually came right although not sure if that was time or me doing something that didn't have an immediate fix.
