this is the second time this has happened.

When I connect to android phone, using mobile hotpsot and USB cable, my USB wireless mouse no longer works.  As soon as I disconnect the hotspot, and reboot the laptop, I can use the USB wireless mouse.

It doesn't make sense to me.  any ideas?  Thanks.  I tried using a four way USB port, but same issue.
