How do I get the Windows 10 Professional ISO for Version 1903? (Build 18362.418 if that's relevant). The media creation tool on MS website is 1909, and when I download it & check the ISO version from command prompt it says Win 10 Home lol.

This is not helpful... I need to do a DSIM & SFC to fix what I am almost certain is system file corruption causing blue screens. However running those commands I get a "source files not found error 0x800f081f". I've read up on the workaround for this by downloading an ISO, but it needs to be an exact match to my OS otherwise I just keep getting 0x800f081f errors. Any tips or links much apprec.

There aren't different releases for different versions. This is determined by the licence.

What is determined by the license? I selected the windows 10 pro index option when creating the wim file :

dism /export-image /SourceImageFile:install.esd /SourceIndex:6 /DestinationImageFile:install.wim /Compress:max /CheckIntegrity

But I am still receiving a source files error...

you can try this, it was the previous version, but not sure if they flicked a switch to make the old exes download the new build or not

Biddle is correct, the BIOS/UEFI marker in your PC, tells Win10 which SKU version to install.

I'm pretty sure that doesn't get you 1903.

So basically it is impossible to use DISM with a matching version in my case? 1909 is not showing in Windows Updates yet... so I'm guessing Dell have yet to approve it for my laptop :/

What are the other options for system file repair, reset win 10?

no, the /SourceIndex should install the version that matches 6 from your WIM file, but if no license, it won't activate

use the repair & reset tools that are built into Windows 10 itself.
If they dont work, then Win is so trashed that you need to do a wipe & re-install . Been there, done that  :-)

But , If your Win is corrupted, the best option is a clean install anyway. You'll be wasting many many many hours trying to fix it
& still may not be 100% fixed .
Clean install. Save yourself time & stress . Get a 100% working Win10 .

Only if they have an enterprise agreement.

1909 just appeared in Updates today so I will try that first.

Win10 doesn't really have repair tools other than removing updates, image restore & repairing start-up problems. DISM & SFC can be more useful but of course if they are not working that's a problem.

Doing a Win10 Reset is a real hassle on a production machine :/

Interesting... as soon as I updated to 1909 DISM & SFC worked for the first time. There were no integrity violations found though :/ Before resetting Win 10 I will do more hardware tests as I am under premium support contract for 2 more months :D

Still getting blue screens so looks like I'm doing a reset when time permits.... this is all Dell Support could suggest. On the plus side hopefully a reset will not install all the Dell crap that comes with laptop...
