Hi

My laptop is not restarting properly it just says it is shutting down than the screen goes black and the lights are still on. Even holding the power button will not make it shut off. I have re-formated however the problem still persists.

OS: Vista Home Basic
Manufacture: Acer
Model: Aspire 3050
RAM: 1GB
CPU: 1.8Ghz
