I'm trying to follow this guide, so that I can install Airsonic (a music server) on my computer. DXdiag dump attached.

I've been somewhat successful in following all the steps listed, but now the AirSonic service that I created is paused and will not restart, no matter what I do.

How can I trouble shoot this issue?
