Sorry - No idea where to put this, so I will put it here

Lost my old iPod when I was in Japan, so I got myself a 32GB Touch 2nd gen when I got back.
I have added some apps, Including the Apple Remote. But it doesnt seem to work with my itunes.
When I go to locate my library on my ipod, it comes up with the pin code, but my ipod doesnt pop up on my itunes.
I know I am connected to the wireless and all. So I have no idea why it isnt working.
Could it be that I am connected to a domain?
Running XP

ALSO

I cant seem to get my exchange emails working on my iPod. I have entered all the information correctly - but no such luck! Can anyone help with that too?

Laughing Thanks!
