Hi guys,

I am currently running a server with exchange 2003 and Windows Server Standard Edition 2003.

For some reason when an email is received on an exchange mailbox, the email isn't delivery straight away to the email clients, i actually have to manually send and receive or wait up to 1 minute to get the messages.

I know that exchange should deliver the messages straight away, can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks.

Are your clients connections actually using an "Exchange Connection" or a POP3 connection?

They are using an Exchange connection. NOT pop3 :)

I have fixed the problem.

WEirdly enough, the Windows Firewall was blocking Outlook from getting some pushed to it. Lol.
