Evening all

I did a Teamviewer session with my dad this evening as he was having issues with his internet connection, and this was on the screen.  Any idea what this is?  I have never seen it before?  There was nothing on the Taskbar to mouse over to see what is happening, and when I try clicking the OK, nothing happened/it didn't disappear.  Whatever it is also seems to be obstructing his internet connection as after doing a restart, he is able to get a connection again and able to browse again.  Interestingly, I am able to do a Teamviewer session with this up, but we are not able to do anything in the web browser (go figure).  I am not sure of the specific model, but it is a HP laptop that is about a couple of years old.

All help trying to identify this is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Rob

Gordy

My first ever AM radio network connection was with a 1MHz AM crystal(OA91) radio receiver.

Gordy, you're a legend.  That is exactly it.  And looks as though even though they know about the issue, they are in little hurry to fix it.  I will look for another AV for my dad's laptop.

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it.

Cheers

Why look for another AV, just uninstall this load of old bollocks and re enable Defender, not the sharpest tool, but work ok.
